Before and After

So now it's time to reveal the real me. The first photo is of me with Linda Franz in Paducah the year that she published her first Quilted Diamonds book. I'm embarrassed to say that this was not my top weight, but you get the idea. Ugh! I should probably caption the second picture "during" instead of "after" because I am still a work in progress. I think I had lost
about 90 lbs. at the time this picture was taken.

What a fantastic accomplishment! I hope you are very proud. FYI, over at the Quilter's Lounge everyone is on a New Year's weight loss kick, and I am sure you would have loads of invaluable advice!!

WOW! Are you doing and QD's? (That is on my "not in this decade" list & I only plan to do a small wall-hanging QD.)
I am from the Curves Yahoo group. That is great!!! I really need to get back in there on a regular basis.
